Ninja Grill was great at first but now the ingredients as far as the vegetables are getting smaller and smaller and the portion sizes is getting smaller but the price has gone up….I probably won’t be going back I don’t think it’s worth it anymore! I hate when restaurants start off good and then change up on you and expect you to still patronage them.
Have been a customer since they opened and it is my favorite to go food. The portions, taste and prices are great. Always fresh and they have my favorite crab Rangoon’s in cincy which I wasn’t expecting. I moved away but still try to visit anytime I’m in area. Inside isn’t anything fancy but that doesn’t matter to me when getting takeout most of time.
Best hibachi I’ve had in Ohio. Great rice, great yum yum sauce and super quick service. You get the same meal and portions you get at sit down hibachi, but for $11.75. They have tables if you wanted to grab lunch on your work break, but this is 99% a takeout spot for me.
Take your first right after you pass the building and there is $.50 parking on the left side. Don’t even bother trying to park in the street unless you go midday
I was looking for a place for lunch and didn’t really have anything in mind so I was just searching around. I saw hibachi and just went with it. I’m so glad I did! I got the chicken breast with broccoli, carrots, onion, zucchini, and green beans. It was delicious!!! The portion was huge for the price and everything tasted amazing. Next time I will try a different sauce as I couldn’t really taste the teriyaki, but the sweet soy dipping sauce was amazing. Will definitely be back!
Food is always fresh, hot and yummy. Easy to order for pickup via their website. Sometimes we have issues when picking up but nothing that prevents us from eating there often.
I love this location the best. Food is always good, service is quick and staff are friendly. They also make the parking situation abundantly clear so you don’t get a ticket on your car. Even when they’re super busy they maintain good customer service. I placed my order and 10 minutes later received a call stating it was ready. I was estimated 15 and surprised just how quick they got it ready. It was my first time ordering online.
Completely dropped the ball. Ordered rice noodles and got fried rice (I hate rice). I just got what they felt like throwing in ur food. I filled out the order form too. SMH.
Not going to give up on them yet but if it happens again I sure will.
